Exchange & Refund Policy

Disclaimer:

EvenTickets in no way will entertain any or all requests referring to an exchange or a refund. However, we will be obliged to convey your appeal to the event organizer or with organizer/promoter written approval, EvenTickets may provide direct contact details of the organizer/promoter to the patron/customer. Upon which the event organizing authority reserves the complete rights to deny or entertain your appeal.

We will not be able to exchange or refund any booking amount or ticket cost under the following circumstances:

 

• In the case of an artist arriving late at the venue.
• In the case of a dispute between the artists(s) and the event organizer/promoter, therefore, causing a delay.
• In the event of a natural calamity or disruptive weather wherein, the premise becomes unfit to host the show.
• EvenTickets also does not guarantee an exchange or a refund against any performance or show wherein the patrons are not satisfied.
• You shall also not be eligible for an exchange or a refund in case the venue management changes the seating arrangement and/or timing of the concerned event or show.

Note: TICKETS PURCHASED ON EVENTICKETS FOR ALL EVENTS ARE NON-EXCHANGEABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE in ANY/ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.

In a state where a show stands entirely cancelled, the refund may be executed via a then proposed protocol. Details regarding which will be conveyed over your phone or email at EvenTickets and organizer’s/promoter’s discretion. There may be no exchange and no refunds if the cancellation of event happens outside of EvenTickets or organizer or promoter’s control.
